The broad objective is to ascertain the extent of relationship between Organizational Cynicism and Employee Performance Logistics Companies in South West, Nigeria. specific workplace bullying Turnover. study was anchored on Social Exchange theory Conservation Resources Theory propounded by Stevan Hobfoll (1989). Sixty Haulage selected from Lagos, Oyo Ogun, Population Study 4,560, sample size 380 Pearson Moment Correlations Co-efficient used analyze data. It revealed through findings that there a significant positive Workplace Bullying Turnover since (Cal.r.602 >Crit.r.087). concludes have with recommends that, logistics companies should put control measure place checkmate so as reduce cynicism.
